In this role:
1. Support the Head of Apprenticeships in delivering the curriculum, mobilizing resources for new standards, and ensuring best practices.
2. Provide leadership to maintain high-quality apprenticeship delivery, achieving timely learner completion and meeting business KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. A proven track record in apprenticeship delivery.
2. A comprehensive understanding of ESFA and OFSTED regulations.
3. Experience managing teams.

The role:
1. Oversee the Apprenticeship Department, managing a team of Learner Engagement Officers including appraisals, performance management, and KPIs.
2. Ensure our learners achieve timely completions, contributing to our commitment to excellence.
3. Analyse performance data, implement strategies for improvement, and lead your team to success.
4. Collaborate with quality and compliance teams to meet ESFA and OFSTED requirements.
5. Support staff development through training and regular feedback, fostering a culture of growth.
The person:
1. 5+ years of experience in educational settings, particularly in apprenticeship delivery.
2. A comprehensive understanding of ESFA and OFSTED regulations.
3. A proven track record of managing teams, achieving learner targets, and enhancing performance.
4. Tech-savvy with experience in LMS/CRM systems, prioritizing safeguarding in all aspects of your work.
5. Willingness to travel nationally to support our centres and engage with learners.
