Job Title: Logistics Customer Services Coordinator
Location: Sandbach
Hours: 35-hour working week, Monday – Friday
Salary: £22K – £25K, DOE

Our client is on the hunt for a Logistics Customer Services Coordinator in Sandbach. They’re looking for a proactive person to be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and order handling, supporting different areas like Customer Services, Supply Chain, Finance, and Administration.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for customer enquiries and manage order processes. You’ll support Customer Services, Supply Chain, Finance, and Administration. You’ll work with the supply chain team to make sure stock is available and keep customers updated on any changes. You’ll also keep customer records, orders, and invoices in SAP and other systems, sticking to company procedures.
Your main tasks will include:
1. Processing sales orders.
2. Working with internal planning and external sub-contractors and managing customer orders from start to finish.
3. Building good relationships with customers, Sales, and Product Managers will be key to resolving issues and improving processes.
4. You’ll also compile and distribute sales reports, coordinate sample requests with the Technical Development Manager, and handle bookkeeping and finance tasks using SAP and Excel.
