Job Role: Site Manager (Facilities)
Location: HMP Grendon Springhill, Edgcott, Aylesbury, HP18 0TL
Salaries up to: £55,830.94 per annum
Contract: Permanent, 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join our team at HMP Grendon Springhill, two male prisons located on one site. Grendon is a category B male prison, and Springhill category D.

HMP Grendon Springhill runs like a self-contained city; it takes hundreds of people to keep it functioning. As the Facilities Maintenance Team, we are committed to driving the smooth and safe operation, impacting every prisoner, employee, and visitor, and extending to the families and community.
As a Site Manager, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues, including Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Cleaners, Administrators, and others, who are all dedicated to making a positive difference and providing a safe and secure environment for all.

We are a Ministry of Justice business and provide critical and time-bound services to HMPPS. We are looking for a Site Manager with any combination of:
1. Experience of facilities management
2. Experience of managing budgets
3. Experience of managing staff
4. Experience of operating in a Prison or Military environment - Desirable
5. Completed a recognised apprenticeship in a facilities/building services trade, or have two years of recognised experience
6. IOSH Qualification - Desirable
7. Good Health & Safety knowledge
8. Excellent organisational, time management, and people skills
