My Wolverhampton based Engineering / Manufacturing client are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a full time & permanent basis.
Duties:-
* Order processing
* Booking new enquiries onto system
* Updating system for quoted business
* Managing price amendments on the MRP system
* Booking international shipping
* Liaising with customers regarding their accounts
* Liaising with internal teams - sales & estimating regarding queries
* Contract review including drawing control checks
* Compiling cross-functional team KPI's & dept PowerPoint presentations
* Carry out project handover meetings on behalf of sales team if required
Key Skills:-
* Essential you have worked in a Sales Administration role previously.
* Engineering / Manufacturing background would be advantageous.
* Excellent IT skills - MS Office.
* Confident communication skills
* Proactive in nature
* Good attention to detail
* Forward thinking
* Able to pick up systems and processes quickly
