Description Corporate Services Group / Accommodation, Catering and Events (Location: Pollock Halls of Residence) Grade UE05 £29,179 - 33,482 per annum, plus 15% premium band Fixed term: 19 th May until 14 th September 2025 Full time: 35 hours per week, on a 5 over 7 basis The Opportunity: This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate and customer-experience focused individuals to join Accommodation, Catering and Events as a Customer Services Manager to lead our reception team to deliver a high, consistent standard of customer service. The successful candidates will be based at our Reception Centre located at Pollock Halls; however, flexibility is required to support our other hotels which are offsite. Those successful in this role will work closely with the wider team to provide high-levels of customer service. This will involve dealing with in-person enquiries as well as handling any possible conflicts and This post will be appointed at Grade UE05 step 1, which is £29,179 per annum, plus 15% premium band.
