***INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY, PLEASE*** We’re looking for Fundraising Manager (Property), who can effectively drive results to the Supporter Recruitment team on a fixed-term basis to cover a secondment. You'll champion our mission and fundraising goals to operational teams while reinforcing our identity as a charity reliant on donations.We aim to be recognised as a leading fundraising charity in the UK, ensuring that future generations benefit from nature, beauty, and history. A key part of this is significantly boosting our on-property fundraising efforts.You’ll support our ambition for on-property growth, balancing it with the organisation’s broader priorities. Collaborating effectively with the Supporter Recruitment and Public Fundraising teams, you’ll engage with key stakeholders, particularly the Growing Support Consultants. As our on-property fundraising expert, you’ll inspire and lead a passionate team, embracing collaboration, networking, and driving opportunities to achieve positive outcomes.

What you'll be doing
You’ll sit within the Supporter Recruitment team but be part of the wider Fundraising department, closely linked to regional Growing Support teams. You’ll lead on property fundraising across the Trust, working with Growing Support Consultants to influence operational teams on key priorities like 2nd Hand Bookshops, Legacy Promotion, Pin Badges, and Contactless Giving. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships will be essential for creating strong networks with stakeholders at all levels.You’ll be passionate about leading property fundraising efforts compliantly, acting as the 2nd Hand Bookshops expert, supporting the wider giving infrastructure, and overseeing all Growing Support (Fundraising) training. You’ll play a key role in various working groups and serve as the link between the Growing Support Consultants and the wider Fundraising teams.By staying informed on market trends and innovation, you’ll ensure our on-property efforts are current, balanced, and compliant, while maximising value for charitable funds. You’ll collaborate with marketing, data, and finance teams to simplify complex information for the Growing Support community and operational teams.
