COMPANY\n\nAn industry leading honest, reliable and innovative Luxury Refurbishment Fit Out Contractor who are renowned for delivering super luxury and bespoke Fit out and refurbishment projects are on the market seeking multiple Construction Managers to join their team due to securing the next phase on one of the most iconic luxury hotels in the world.\n\nThey are fully committed to providing innovative solutions to meet their clients needs, they work closely with their clients and other stake holders when delivering Super high end refurbishment projects.\n\nThey are looking for a Construction Manager with a stable track record from a high end background, ideally with experience refurbishing luxury hotels to join their delivery team on this iconic project. \n\nTHE ROLE:\n\nThe successful Construction Manager will be reporting to the project lead on the delivery and handover of super high end luxury suites in a live hotel. You will provide much needed support to the team whilst developing your own skills and experience as part of your career progression.\n\nThis is a major project over £100m being released in multiple phases including suite refurbishment, roof extension, development of presidential suites amongst other elements including restaurants, bars etc Duties will include but not be limited to:-Plan and organise the works drive the team\n\nRead drawings, push programme, on site pushing the contractors to achieve deadlines\nManage site set-up ensuring Standards are met and maintained\nMaintain a professional and productive working relationship with sub-contractor management and operatives and notify Line Manager regarding any issues\nDevelop, monitor and control the strategic and detailed construction programming for the project\nAttend all project meetings and action items identified within the minutes as necessary\nContribute to the production of Progress Reports\nManage the RFI, CVI, Information Required, and Technical submittal processes and procedures for the project\nContinually review and manage sub-contractor resources at a suitable level to meet the demands of the project\nCarry out daily snagging inspection walk rounds, snagging sheets issued weekly by each sub-contractor at weekly coordination meeting.\nHold regular sub-contractor coordination meetings on a weekly basis\nWork with the team to deliver Defect Free in its entirety on all projects\nCarry out a regular review of agreed prelims expenditure\nIssue corrective action notices as necessary to maintain subcontractor performance and on site standards and notify the Commercial Manager of any potential contra-charges.\nTake responsibility for site level health, safety and environmental management in accordance with the approved processes and procedures.\nBuild long term client and professional team relationships based on the successful delivery of projects.\nQuality, Health & Safety & Environmental management \n\nCandidate\n\nThe successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the personal qualities, values and attitudes which are so important to the business and to the role, you will be aspirational go getter looking to develop your career, this is a challenging project which requires dedication and commitment and you will be rewarded for your efforts.
