In this role, you will be responsible for executing capital equipment projects for Bio-Pharmaceutical hardware and leading cross functional teams to deliver Chromatography systems for use in the manufacture of drugs and medicines. The team consists of ten professionals, and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you. This position is available full-time, based on site in Havant with the opportunity to work from home for one day a week. Grow with us – Your Responsibilities On a daily basis you will be the main point of contact for our customers, managing projects from end to end working on bespoke chromatography equipment, skids and columns You will be directly involved in the purification and manufacture of new drugs and medicines, helping to find cures for life limiting and debilitating illnesses and diseases Do you enjoy executing projects efficiently? You will define the scope, manage the budget, resources and schedule to deliver on orders to customer specification You will work closely with our customers, internal teams in engineering, quality, supply chain and the head of operations to provide regular updates and ensure the smooth running of each project What will convince us Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent Project Management | Project Engineering experience Demonstrable experience of working on projects with complex equipment Enjoy communicating with customers and lots of different teams to keep projects on track Experience of project cost management processes and reporting to include plans, forecast, budgets, commitments, actuals and accruals Ability to multitask, work to tight deadlines, prioritise workload and be highly organised with good attention to detail Be flexible in your approach due to working with global customers Knowledge of SAP Awareness of quality control systems, ISO 9000 etc. In order to commence working with us, the successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
