The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities
1. Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
3. Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
4. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls as necessary.
5. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
6. Process patient forms accurately.
7. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
8. Handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role is preferred.
2. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Proficiency in using office software or Emis Web is advantageous.
5. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. A compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on customer service.
7. Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus but not essential.
