Job Description
1. Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring best value and quality.
2. Oversee the supply chain process, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery.
3. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
4. Identify and manage potential risks within the supply chain.
5. Continuously assess market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
6. Lead and manage a team within the Procurement & Supply Chain department.
7. Work in alignment with the company's ethical and sustainability policies.
8. Management of a small team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Buyer should have:
1. A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
2. Experience in a senior procurement role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
3. Proven ability in supplier management and negotiation.
4. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
5. Solid understanding of supply chain processes.
6. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
