Job Title: UK based Technical Totara Support Specialist
Location: UK Remote Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Technical Totara Support Specialist to join our team! If you have strong technical expertise with Totara and love working with people, this role is perfect for you. You’ll provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with clients to ensure they get the most out of the Totara platform. We’re seeking someone dynamic, solutions-focused, and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Totara Technical Support:
* Provide technical support for Totara, resolving client issues and troubleshooting platform-related problems.
* Assist clients in configuring Totara for their specific needs, supporting system updates, integrations, and maintenance tasks.
* Work with both technical and non-technical users to solve problems and optimise their Totara experience.
* Client Engagement:
* Communicate technical concepts clearly to clients, ensuring they feel supported and understood.
* Gather and respond to client feedback to improve platform performance and user experience.
* Platform Management & Optimisation:
* Monitor Totara performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventative solutions.
* Assist with configuration, customisation, and implementation of Totara features and functionality.
* Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure smooth system integrations and overall platform efficiency.
* Training:
* Develop and deliver training sessions for clients on how to use and optimize Totara.
* Continuous Improvement:
* Stay up-to-date with Totara updates, new features, and best practices.
* Suggest and implement improvements to enhance platform efficiency, client satisfaction, and support processes.
What We're Looking For:
* Technical Expertise:
* Strong technical knowledge of the Totara platform, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
* Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
* People Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to work with clients of varying technical ability.
* Customer-focused, with a knack for understanding client needs and providing clear, effective solutions.
* Dynamic Problem Solver:
* Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
