Our Global client is seeking a self-motivated and meticulous individual to join their team.Our global client are renowned specialist manufacturer and supply to customers worldwide.Key Responsibilities:Using SAP and Excel to pull from central data/ figures and format for relevant teams to assess – Finance, Sales etc on a monthly basisSupporting the creation of sales performance reportsData entryProducing presentations for the sales team per siteUpdating the company web page using WordPress and AdobeContent creation for LinkedInProducing and updating product/ sell sheetsCreate internal and external collateral needed ie brochures, flyers and case studiesRegularly update and refresh materials to reflect changes in branding, messaging or market trendsOccasional travel to operational sites for trade events/ conferences and content creationCandidate requirements:Previous experience in a Marketing/ Administration roleStrong attention to detailProficient in Excel, WordPress and Adobe suiteExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalWell organised, with good time management skills and the ability to take initiative and work independently
