IT Service Desk Analyst - Nisa
£24,500 to £26,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6C)
37.5 hours across a variety of shifts between 8am and 5pm (working approximately 1 in 5 Saturdays once you're fully trained)

We're looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our Nisa IT team in Scunthorpe. In this role you'll provide first-line IT support for our colleagues at Nisa and DHL warehouses. We'll look to you to provide advice to users about technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software, and core business systems. You'll collaborate with colleagues to resolve reported incidents, ultimately making sure we can continue providing a great service for our customers. What you'll do
* Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis of IT problems
* Identify and implement solutions to resolve service requests
* Carry-out basic hardware diagnostics/triage and keep all relevant databases up to date
* Conduct customer/user satisfaction callbacks
* Set-up new user accounts, including hardware, and provide support for new starters at Nisa
* Keep users informed of incident progress
* Liaise with third-party support and IT equipment vendors
This role would suit people who have
* A keen interest in IT and a solid understanding of industry trends
* A good understanding of industry standard devices, operating systems, and packages such as Microsoft Windows, Office 365 and Apple iOS
* A good understanding of Microsoft management services such as Active Directory and Entra ID, SCCM, and 365 administration
* Good customer service and analytical skills
* Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical language for a non-technical audience
