Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues efficiently to minimise downtime. Maintain and support Cisco networking equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Work collaboratively with internal teams to support business operations and IT projects. Ensure compliance with network security policies and procedures. Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps. Stay up to date with the latest networking technologies and industry trends. Key Requirements: CCNA certification is essential. Proven experience in network administration and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of Cisco networking products, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and VLANs. Familiarity with firewalls, VPNs, and network security best practices. Experience with Mitel Phone Systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Desirable Skills: Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure). Knowledge of VoIP and wireless networking solutions. Experience with network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible).
