Then this might be the role for you Our client is seeking a skilled Flight Assembly contractor to join our expanding team. If you have hands-on experience building flight hardware and thrive in an engineering environment, we want to hear from you Role Overview: Assemble flight hardware to IPC and ESA standards, including PCA, module builds, and harnesses. Work in a cleanroom environment, following detailed build instructions and drawings. Assist with cable assembly, test jig/box assembly, and cross-department workload handovers. Support test lab operations and perform additional tasks as required.What You’ll Need: Engineering experience with practical, hands-on skills. ESA certification (in-date) and familiarity with industry standards. Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. A proactive mindset—be accountable, drive results, and collaborate effectively
