Applications are invited for the role of Technical Project Manager within the Unified Communications Department. We are looking for a Project Manager with technical confidence to work across a wide range of projects. The ideal candidate will welcome working in new areas, adapting, and learning as they go.
Working across a wide range of systems and user groups, they should be able to communicate with vendors, users, and project stakeholders, adapting for the communication style as the individual needs. This role is more hands-on than a typical project management role and will be actively involved in the architecture, configuration, and development of systems. This will require you to have expertise and experience in these areas.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for someone that can manage the project lifecycle, from initiation, including pre-project activities such as requirements gathering and process analysis, through to delivery then closure, and initiate extra activities wherever gaps in the project/programme are identified.
This role will also require the successful candidate to develop and configure business systems in line with functional and informational requirements and user satisfaction.
