We are looking to appoint an organised, empathic and self motivated Assistant Head of Key Stage to become a key member in our fantastic Pastoral Team. Main Duties and Responsibilities To support the Heads of Year 7/8/9 To work with the tutor teams in Key Stage Three on a daily basis to monitor attendance and behaviour To be a key point of contact for parents/carers in relation to student welfare, behaviour and barriers to learning To act to safeguard the welfare of all students in the school To be a trusted adult for all students within the key stage -to share in their successes and to be a supportive figures during challenging times About Somervale School:
