Position: RMN or any other AHP with Experience in CAMHS
Responsibilities:
1. Mentorship and caseload management
2. Mental health assessment, risk assessment, and risk management
3. Effective interpersonal skills and being a good listener
4. Team player with record keeping
5. Offering supervision and deputising in the absence of senior colleagues and line manager
6. Managing and resolving formal and informal complaints
7. Recognising and acting on risk and safeguarding concerns
8. Adhering to the team standard operating procedure
9. Managing a caseload of children in Barking & Dagenham CAMHS team
10. Ensuring delivery of evidence-based treatment and interventions in line with NICE Guidelines
11. Conducting review and clinical harm reviews on CYP who have not had contact for over 6 months
12. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all CYP on the caseload
13. Ensuring that each CYP has an up-to-date SMART co-produced care plan and risk assessment
14. Proactive coordination and partnership working with the CYP, their carers, and other agencies
15. Referring onwards to other services that best meet the needs of the young person
16. Attending professional meetings, CIN, and safeguarding
17. Supporting the team with duty and trainees during placement
18. Actively involved in service developments such as audits and QI projects
