Get Golfing CIO, one of the UK’s fastest-growing golf and hospitality operators, is looking for a Golf and Sales Manager to support the growth of its 13 venues and well beyond the current £22 million annual revenue.

As the Golf and Sales Manager, you will be accountable for membership and golf days sales.
Basic of £30,000 plus a bonus of circa £20,000.
Key areas of responsibility:
1. Driving golf day, membership, and sponsorship sales.
2. Seamlessly onboarding and integrating new members.
3. Overseeing golf communications and marketing strategies.
4. Elevating customer experiences.
5. Hosting and engaging with our community.
6. Outreach and business development.
You will need:
1. A passion for sales and the ability to build relationships.
2. Strong work ethic and an understanding of the demands of golf management.
3. Excellent communication and organisation skills.
4. An acute eye for detail.
5. Able to manage time effectively, work remotely, and prioritise actions.
6. A genuine passion for golf.
7. Hold a current driver’s license.
