This role places you at the core of an impactful project, implementing SAP’s advanced S/4HANA system across our UK operations. Within a collaborative, multi-national environment, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning systems and processes to achieve a cohesive, efficient, and compliant operation. As the S/4HANA Procurement & Supply Chain Officer, you’ll work closely with Group Procurement & Supply Chain teams, the core project team, systems integration partners, and a variety of internal stakeholders. This role will involve guiding the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a harmonized S/4HANA solution, optimizing our end-to-end Procurement and Supply Chain capabilities. Key Responsibilities System Implementation & Coordination : Collaborate with UK and international teams to design and implement standardized Procurement & Supply Chain processes within S/4HANA, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and alignment with global objectives. Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the UK representative, advocating for Procurement & Supply Chain interests, and ensuring all functional requirements are addressed during the system’s design and rollout phases. Optimization & Improvement : Identify and execute on opportunities to streamline and enhance Procurement & Supply Chain processes, working with internal teams to fully leverage the power of S/4HANA. Knowledge Sharing & Vision Building : Provide clear guidance and support to enable teams to maximize S/4HANA’s capabilities, facilitating a smooth transition and adoption across departments. What You Bring Experience : Strong background in Procurement & Supply Chain within a large or matrixed organisation. Technical Expertise : Proficiency in SAP products; experience with S/4HANA is a strong plus but good comprehension of ECC6 and Material Master Management Module. Communication Skills : Excellent communicator capable of influencing and leading discussions, from executive-level presentations to cross-functional team collaboration. Project Management : Proven ability to manage projects and drive change, even when facing ambiguous information or limited data. Language Skills : Fluency in French and/or Italian would be advantageous but is not essential.
