We are seeking enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join our agency in York.

- Availability: Full-time and part-time positions available (minimum of two days per week).
- Duration: Term-time only, with potential for varied contract lengths based on specific roles and school needs.
- Location: Secondary schools and SEN settings across York.
- Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring they can fully access the curriculum and engage in their learning.
- Deliver one-to-one or small group interventions, adapting teaching strategies to suit individual learning needs.
- Assist class teachers in delivering inclusive lessons, focusing on differentiated instruction.
- Implement personalised learning plans (PLPs) and support students in meeting their targets.
- Offer emotional and behavioural support, fostering confidence, self-regulation, and social skills.
- Collaborate with SENCOs, teachers, and parents to ensure consistent and effective support for students.
- Support students in both mainstream and specialised learning environments, creating a positive and nurturing atmosphere.
- Pay: £425.25 - £500 per week (dependent on experience).
- Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
- Start Date: Immediate start, continuing until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of a permanent position based on performance.
