The Role

At Holland and Barrett, standing still isn't an option and we're looking to the future ensuring our loyalty programme rewards our members for making better choices to add quality years to their lives. As our Loyalty Manager, you'll help design and implement a new market-leading loyalty proposition that will position itself as an authentic health and wellness partner to our members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the design of a newly shaped proposition from consumer research to implementation
* Oversee the implementation and launch of the newly designed proposition ranging from a new BVI to additional member benefits
* Partner with the internal communications team to design a communications plan to bring our store colleagues on the journey with us
* Lead the implementation of the new loyalty BVI creating a truly omni-channel experience for loyalty
* Design a brand fame-driving launch campaign that will drive mass reappraisal for loyalty at Holland and Barrett
* Work cross-functionally with Internal Teams: Technology, Marketing, Legal, Internal Communications, and Retail Stores
The Person
To be successful, we'd like you to show us that you have:
* Proven experience in launching new loyalty programmes or propositional designs
* A strategic and operational mindset
* Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to build relations and rapport quickly
* Strong knowledge of industry trends and themes within Loyalty
* Experience managing agencies in adherence to deadlines
