Our Highways Design Team are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Graduate Engineer who is looking to continue their professional development and enhance their knowledge and skills. Working in the Highways Design Team, you will be directly involved in the design of a wide variety of highway infrastructure, public realm improvements and maintenance schemes. You will be working closely with a senior member of the team and you will have the opportunity to join our Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) accredited graduate training scheme. We have an excellent record in developing graduates for Chartered or Incorporated status with the ICE, with the majority of graduates obtaining their desired qualification level within five years. You’ll be an enthusiastic, practical, and adaptable individual with a degree in Civil Engineering or a related subject that meets the entry requirements of the ICE. You will also have excellent communication and relationship management skills and an ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of peers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
