Job Title: Cleaning Regional Manager (John Lewis Partnership) Location: North/ South Sector Line Managers Title: Head of Services Job Purpose: Providing vendor management of cleaning services across the John Lewis Partnership RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Develop relationships with the Cleaning vendor management team, working alongside the rest of the operational team to ensure all communication and performance is consistent and measured. 2. Ensure standards are delivered in line with the cleaning specification relevant to the site. 3. Vendor management responsibility & support in contingency planning for absences and long term vacancies. 4. Being responsive to any escalated cleaning issues and formulating a plan for improvement where necessary. 5. Attend site meetings as and when required. 6. Finding innovation and continuous improvement to deliver value and operational efficiencies. 7. Supporting the delivery of soft services ( whats meant by soft services ) KPI commitments for the contract. 8. Share best practice across account and wider CBRE, taking part in lunch and learn sessions to share knowledge. 9. Attend monthly meetings and provide support for the operations ( what does this entail / mean ) where required. 10. Use the analysis from BI trends to support strategy management for the services delivered. 11. Review and analyse EW ( what does that stand for ) to maintain comprehensive knowledge of supply base and contract status and identify value improvement opportunities by reducing costs or improving service delivery. Accountabilities Reporting to the Head of Services (JLP Account). Accountability to the CBRE Service Managers, as appropriate. Communicates effectively and builds and maintains relationships at all levels with internal customers and suppliers. Thrive on working within a fast-paced organisation across the UK, with a diverse supply base and wide geographical spread of contracts. Proficient analytical skills and a measured approach to decision making. Strong proficiency in utilising a variety of analytical tools for data analysis. Exceptional negotiation, presentation and communication skills. Financially aware, with a good vendor management focus gained within a large organisation. Highly organised and work in a structured way with an ability to prioritise workload Attention to detail ensuring tasks are completed to a high degree of accuracy
