We now have an opportunity for a pro-active individual with previous cleaning experience to join our small In-House Services team at our Head Office, based in St Annes. As our Office Cleaner, you will take pride in creating a great experience for our colleagues by ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness across our office buildings, along with hosting our colleagues and visitors.
Our Office is open from 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday so we’re happy to discuss shift patterns to cover 32 hours across these 5 days with the successful candidate.
Main Responsibilities
* Enhance the experience of the office team and external visitors by providing excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene and hospitality.
* Cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming offices, corridors, stairs, walls, ceilings, doors, skirting-boards, glass, toilets, meeting rooms, kitchens/appliances.
* Loading/unloading dishwasher and waste removal.
* Ordering fruit, breakfast supplies, milk and cleaning supplies as required and checking the invoices for these.
* Ensuring the grounds and car park areas are litter free.
* Accessing emails, company memos and our intranet via computer.
* Setting up and preparing meeting rooms, including cleaning and arranging tables/chairs and helping with refreshments and lunches as required.
* Shopping locally for cleaning products and food.
