As a senior leader at the Trust, you will need the ability to communicate and influence at all levels, be able to influence leaders and gain stakeholder buy-in to deliver Trust and Trust wide HR initiatives and enable leaders and managers to deliver the workforce strategy.
You will provide strategic people and leadership insight into the design and development of the people approach and enable the Trust to deliver its People Plan.
Put simply, you will need to be technically excellent, with the right soft skills and approach to lead and manage an excellent function and team of HR Business Partners, working with excellent workforce colleagues to deliver the right HR action at the right time.

This role line manages 4 HR Business Partners and leads the HR Operational Team. It is the lead for driving forward the strategic HR Business Partnering model of HR provision and is responsible for the advice, support and guidance provided by the Team through the deployment of enabling policies and processes.
We are a medium sized Acute Trust, with a wholly-owned subsidiary company (Harrogate Integrated Facilities), Adult Community Services and very large 0-19 Children's Services across a wide geographical patch which means we tailor our approach to the services we support.
