What started out as a 3 man team working small jobs expanded very quickly. Now, just 4 years into the journey, they have grown substantially, and currently employ 15 staff. They are now looking to add another Electrician to the team, on a permanent basis. They have a very healthy pipeline of work throughout 2025, with key contracts secured with a number of clients, predominately within the commercial sector. The work is varied, and projects can include small rewires, right up to large commercial shop fit outs & cat A office fit outs. The team is ever evolving, and now consists of multiple skilled Electricians, Improvers and Apprentices providing services nationwide. They rely hugely on team work and implement this culture throughout the company. Each team member is valued and has a very important role to play. They pride themselves on completing each project to the highest of standards in a professional manner, ensuring deadlines are always met; striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by providing an excellent service. Position Overview: They are seeking a motivated Electrician to join the team. You will be a skilled and experienced Electrician, confident in all aspects of commercial installations to ensure projects meet high standards and are completed on time. Electrician Key Responsibilities Include: Install electrical systems for commercial spaces, including retail and office environments. Competent in all aspects of electrical installation work, including conduit, trunking, basket and tray work, single and three-phase systems, and SWA terminating, switchgear, pyro, data wiring, and fault finding. Proficient in wiring layouts, installation, and termination for lighting, power circuits, and data networks. Ensure all installations comply with current electrical regulations and safety standards. Collaborate with on-site teams to resolve technical issues and maintain quality standards. Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous attitude on-site. This role will be on a full time, permanent contract, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Due to the healthy pipeline of work, there is plenty of overtime available at 1.5x pay - 12 hour days and 50 hour weeks are common. Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel and stay away.
