We employ over 70 members of staff and operate in a number of sectors. Our Legal & CPA recruitment team works with businesses of all sizes throughout the US. We are now looking at add consultants to work out US desks. We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to work across both CPA and Legal sectors. This is a full time, hybrid role. Our working hours are: Monday 9am—5pm, Tuesday-Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-4pm. We offer an inclusive and fun working environment with no KPIs or micro-management, and no cap on commission. Responsibilities Source and register high quality candidates via LinkedIn and job boards Craft high quality marketing emails to prospective clients Develop and maintain client relationships - to include emails, phone calls, Teams/Zoom meetings and, where necessary, in person meetings Develop a full understanding of your market and become a trusted expert in this field for both candidates and clients Provide advice and guidance to candidates for navigating the interview process Manage the offer and negotiation process between clients and candidates to ensure a successful outcome for all parties Actively work to expand the database with new clients
