Events Coordinator £28,000 per annum plus tronc and fantastic benefits 40 hours per week Weekends and evenings often required Our small events team is growing, and looking for an experienced co-ordinator to join our team in delivering high-end events across our Estate. Your role As a confident, personable and guest-focused events co-ordinator, you will develop our events alongside our Events Manager, co-ordinate across multiple departments and help to deliver a consistent guest experience - going above and beyond to ensure their time with us is memorable. Our Co-ordinator will be able to build close working relationships with our suppliers, partners and other departments, maintain accurate records maintain financial awareness to understand how our events impact the business. From planning and running workshops for our members, to large seasonal estate events, such as our annual Wassail and Fire night, which are created for the enjoyment of all of employees and friends of the estate, to then creating private event experiences and concepts for guest celebrations.
