Our mission
To deepen the understanding of our changing planet and inspire meaningful action.
What we do
* We’re helping the world become more resilient to the impacts of physical climate risks (including floods, fires, storms and more). In doing so, we help drive positive global impact aligned to many of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s).
* Our team builds cutting-edge, peer-reviewed science (incorporating climate projections, remote sensing data) and translates that into financial impacts (to the value of assets or business disruption linked to failure of critical infrastructure) that our customers in the financial services industry use to identify, manage and mitigate those risks.
* Climate X’s customers include the world’s largest banks, asset managers and insurance companies including CBRE, Standard Chartered, Goldman Sachs, CHUBB, as well as a partnership ecosystem that includes Deloitte, Capgemini and AWS. Combined, they manage over $6.5 trillion of assets.
* Customers choose us thanks to our ecosystem of products that help solve real human problems, and drive tangible business benefits to our customers. They love our customer-centric mindset, as well as our pace of innovation in the market.
The impact you’ll own
We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager with extensive experience in SaaS product development and a proven track record of building and guiding teams to deliver solutions that align with both technical and business objectives. * Collaborate with engineering (including external partners) to drive technically complex solutions from concept to launch.

* Leverage AI and data tooling to accelerate insight generation and unlock value for users and internal teams.
* Operate as a senior individual contributor with wide influence, owning strategy, roadmap, and execution.
* Significant experience as a senior or staff-level Product Manager, ideally in fast-paced, B2B or enterprise settings.
* Strong technical fluency, you can work closely with engineers and understand data pipelines, APIs, and AI tooling.
* Excellent at managing ambiguity, running lean discovery, and aligning multiple stakeholders.
* A track record of delivering value in complex environments, ideally with experience in customer-specific or high-touch solutions.
* Comfortable moving between strategy and detail, with a bias for action and experimentation.
* Track record working with financial services or fintech, with deep understanding of banking, insurance, or asset management workflows and requirements.
* Knowledge or deep interest in climate change impacts and adaptation strategies, especially in the context of financial and operational risk.
* Experience developing or managing financial services products or applications, especially in risk assessment.
