About the role We are looking to recruit a Compliance Officer to join our Assets Team. The focus will be to manage business processes for assuring compliance relating to our properties. This principally relates to the cyclical servicing activities which Cottsway are responsible for. You will work with residents, expert advisors, contractors and other Cottsway teams to ensure that servicing is carried out, recorded and any remedial work is carried out and recorded. You will analyse data and report on findings, define and improve business processes to help improve our compliance activities. You will become the team data expert, supporting the team with database management activities. To be successful you will need in-depth experience of managing databases, including the development of business processes and reporting. Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills are essential, together with good communication skills. Specific subject matter knowledge is not required. A DBS check will be required for the successful applicant as part of our pre-employment checks. A full driving licence with use of a vehicle is essential.
