As a manager, you will have a background in retail and be able to prioritise a changing workload. You will work alongside an assistant manager to drive sales to achieve targets and assist in recruitment, training, and managing volunteers.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
1. Maintaining high levels of standards within the store.
2. Sorting donations, pricing and displaying products.
3. Cash handling, and banking duties.
4. Managing volunteers, staff, and daily tasks.
5. Training staff and volunteers on correct procedures.
6. Supporting other sites and events as required.
Essential requirements:
• Experience managing a team and staff in a retail background.
• Previous keyholder responsibilities
• Cash management experience.
