Role Overview:
The Marketing Content Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy that enhances brand awareness, engages our target audience, and drives measurable business results. This role requires a deep understanding of revenue operations (RevOps), an analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and experienced in leveraging multiple marketing channels to maximize engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with SaaScend’s brand voice and business objectives.
* Create, curate, and optimize high-quality content across various formats, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, reports, videos, and social media.
* Ensure all content supports SaaScend’s position as a thought leader in RevOps by staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
* Collaborate with internal teams (RevOps consultants, sales, leadership) and external partners (clients, vendors, agencies) to produce compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
* Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.
* Leverage SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid channels to maximize reach and engagement.
* Track, measure, and analyze content performance using data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
* Oversee the production of marketing assets, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
* Support webinar and event content creation, including presentation decks, promotional materials, and post-event follow-ups.
Qualifications & Skills:
* 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a B2B or RevOps-related field.
* Deep understanding of the RevOps landscape, including key concepts, challenges, and industry trends.
* Strong project management skills with a keen ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
* Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a portfolio of high-quality content.
* Experience with SEO best practices, analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies.
* Ability to analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), and social media management tools.
* Highly collaborative, with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
