Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the well-established Harrogate Crisis and Home Treatment Team, based in Ripon. The team operates 24/7, 365 days a year. The current service model is for Higher Assistant Psychologists to work day shifts on a rotational basis (07:30-20:30).
We seek an experienced assistant psychologist with a background in adult mental health and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). The role involves supporting patients in the community with Home-Based Treatment as an alternative to hospital admission, with full support for psychological interventions.
Team Structure
The team is multidisciplinary, including a Team Manager, Mental Health Nurses, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, and Consultant Psychiatrists. The successful candidate will be supervised by a Consultant Psychologist and supported by the multidisciplinary team.
