You dont necessarily need previous experience in General Practice Nursing as full training will be available for the right candidate. You will need a valid NMC PIN and you must already be a registered general nurse to apply. Develop and maintain a Personal Learning Plan Liaison Burton Latimer Medical Centre forms part of the Kettering and South West Rural Primary Care Network (PCN). Through this you will liaise with PCN staff including social prescribers, clinical pharmacists, physiotherapists and the PCN manager. As well as the nursing team there is a need to work closely with reception and office staff to ensure the smooth running of the practice. You will be required to liaise and refer on to secondary care where deemed necessary within your role.
