Key Qualities We're Seeking:
* Educational Background: A degree in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field is preferred. Experience with SEN is highly valued, especially for recent graduates in these fields.
* Passion for Mental Health: A strong interest in mental health and working with students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs.
* Understanding of SEN: A commitment to understanding and addressing the unique learning and behavioural needs in an SEN setting.
* Local Candidate: Ideally located within a commutable distance to Ware.
