Principal Accountabilities: Provide high quality email, diary management and travel services. To be constantly focused on ensuring that the Regional Head is always supported by anticipating workload and provision of appropriate materials, briefings, and agendas. High level of integrity, always handling confidential and sensitive matters in a professional manner Produce and maintain a yearly timeline of travel and key meeting dates. Ability to join critical meetings and take actions as needed. Ability to manage and monitor inbox, passing necessary actions to the OIC during the global heads leave of absence of travel. Ability to approve critical operational HR and service now tasks. Recommend a suitable agenda for the Regional Head’s travel by reaching out to locations to decide on meetings schedule to ensure maximum exposure and key stakeholders are met. Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications Proven experience in a senior PA/EA role within a large-scale enterprise level business Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Must have experience working with Exec Level Senior Stakeholder Managers along and possess excellent communication skills. Experience of working with Global based stakeholders at senior level ideally in an IT environment Will need to demonstrate strong attention to detail whilst be able to demonstrate initiative and anticipates requirements Self-motivated with the ability to work under own initiative and with minimum supervision. Flexible with the hours of working, able to work in pressurised environment and manage priorities effectively. Organised and methodical approach to tasks.
