Job Description
Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications. Assist in managing project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.

The Successful Applicant
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
4. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
8. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
