Revaluation Analyst Reigate – Hybrid (min 50% office based) We have an exciting role for a Revaluation Analyst, to join our Retail Property Management team, to conduct the annual revaluation exercise to monitor the Lifetime Mortgage property portfolio, by liaising with customers and/or their personal representatives to facilitate the revaluation of their property Key Responsibilities: Managing daily activities for the revaluation exercise, data cleansing, issuing letters and instructing valuations Manage 3rd party lenders to complete the revaluation exercise Manage and subsequent resolution of any issues identified, knowing when to refer for guidance and providing recommendations in accordance with Just lending and property management policies. Manage post valuation queries and requests for further information as required. To provide an excellent level of customer service at all times to all customers, internal and external. Generate reports and provide ad hoc data analyst support for the Property Management & Underwriting Teams Design and create solutions to automate and streamline Property Management and data reporting requirements Ensuring adherence to company AML, Financial Crime and KYC policies. Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Property Management & Underwriting Teams when needed Skills and Experience: GCSE’s (or equivalent) Grade A-C including Maths and English Experience in the financial services sector.
