Senior National Account Manager – Grocery & High Street
MKJ Ignite is on the hunt for a Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) to join a fast-growing, mission-driven health & wellness brand shaking up the supplement industry. With a unique, science-backed product range and a commitment to delivering nutrition in its most natural, bioavailable form, this business is redefining the category.
With 90% YoY growth, a thriving DTC business (75% of sales), and a rapidly expanding retail presence (25%), they need a SNAM to take the reins on key grocery & high street accounts. You’ll be managing relationships with Holland & Barrett, Sainsbury’s, and Planet Organic while unlocking new opportunities in Waitrose, Booths, Sephora, and beyond.
What you’ll be doing:
* Owning the retail sales plan – managing budgets, P&L, and hitting growth targets.
* Strengthening key partnerships – building and managing relationships with retail buyers.
* Driving commercial excellence – executing JBPs, optimizing promotions, and flexing investment where needed.
* Leading & influencing – managing a High Street NAM and stepping in for the Head of Sales when required.
* Cross-functional collaboration – working closely with Ops, Brand, and DTC to execute sales plans.
* Expanding the retail footprint – scouting and onboarding new retailers.
What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years of sales experience in health & wellness or FMCG.
* A strong SNAM background with a track record of smashing sales targets.
* A data-driven, commercial mindset – you know your way around P&Ls and can flex strategy in real time.
* A relationship-builder who can manage retailers at a senior level.
* A natural leader who can guide and support a team.
* A passion for health, wellness, and pioneering better nutrition.
