You will manage planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring all records are accurate and compliant with health and safety standards whilst also obtaining quotes and processing purchase orders and invoices.This role would suit a Facilities Coordinator or similar with a background in property management looking to join a multi-million pound, well established and reputable company where no two days are the same.The Role
