Courtyard by Marriott Inverness Airport is a 130 bedroom hotel established in 2020. Situated on the doorstep of Inverness Airport, we aim to provide a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere throughout the bar/bistro, one meeting room, and a gymnasium. Courtyard by Marriott Inverness Airport is managed by Lighthouse Hotel Management, which is the operational arm of the Molo Hotel Group.
Job Description:
As the Reception Team Member, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable moments for our guests while providing the highest quality customer service at our reception desk.
Responsibilities:
* Front Desk Excellence: You will be part of a team of enthusiastic individuals who take pride in providing outstanding customer service to our guests as soon as they step through our doors.
* Guest Engagement: As a face of our hotel, you will greet each guest with a smile and a warm welcome, anticipating their needs, and going above and beyond to exceed their expectations and make their stay memorable.
* Problem Solving: With a keen eye for detail and exceptional problem-solving skills, you'll handle guest requests, complaints, and challenging situations with grace and efficiency. Your resourcefulness will turn obstacles into opportunities to showcase our commitment to guest satisfaction.
* Collaboration: You'll collaborate closely with various departments, including housekeeping, concierge, and reservations, to ensure seamless guest experiences. Your excellent teamwork skills will foster a harmonious work environment, where everyone works together to create an exceptional stay for our guests.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable, but not essential as full on-the-job training will be provided.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Additional language proficiency is a bonus.
* A passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of hotel management systems.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as our hotel operates 24/7.
* 32 hours a week.
