Day to day, you will: • Review and allocate incoming support tickets among Service Desk Engineers to ensure efficient handling of issues• Ensure smooth transition of service by monitoring updates and addressing issues to avoid escalations• Verify engineer time sheets and rota to ensure adequate resource levels• Answer incoming support calls via telephone and the ticket desk, ensuring they are logged and correctly allocated in line with agreed SLAs• Validate tickets raised to ensure they are supported under customer contracts• Support the coordination team with customer onboarding and transition into service tasks• Create, manage, and update Release Management, Technical Engineering, and Change Management board What we are looking for? • Excellent telephone/email etiquette.• Confident in talking to external and internal stakeholders.• Attention to detail when monitoring, reviewing, and documenting updates.• Ability to plan and manage own workload without micro-management.• Calm and professional manner.• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
