The role of Operations Director will involve managing a dynamic team and ensuring the smooth running of operations. The Operations Director will be responsible for:
Ensuring high-performance and developing a skills matrix for continued development.
Maintain timely, quality-driven delivery of orders, meeting quoted lead times and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify areas for improvement, reduce indirect time, and uphold the right first time approach to maintain high standards of productivity and quality.
