This company is relatively new to the UK but is very well established across the EU. They are diversifying their team here and are looking to add a 2nd Line Support Engineer on a permanent basis to the team.
In this role, you will provide 2nd Line Support across the UK and Ireland. You'll also provide VIP support to the CEO and CISO who are both based in the UK. You'll join a wider team of Support Engineers but you'll be the very first to be based in the UK, instead of Europe. You'll work 9-5, Monday to Friday, 3 days in the office, 2 from home.
The Role:
1. 2nd Line Support
2. VIP support / Stakeholder Management
3. Joining a wider team of IT Support, but the first in the UK
4. 9-5, Monday to Friday, Hybrid working (3 in, 2 from home)
The Person:
1. 2nd Line Support Experience
2. Confident dealing with Senior Stakeholders
3. Windows experience - 10 & 11, Server 2016-2020, SQL Server, and Azure
4. Commutable to Hereford 3 days a week
