Role Description
Allianz Pet is now entering the next stage of development and is looking to achieve major growth across its portfolio of brands. Identified for ‘unconstrained growth’, the business is increasing pet insurance distribution across all trading models including Price Comparison Websites (PCW)/Aggregators.
The PCW Trading Lead will play a key role in generating traffic from Aggregators to our websites through the management of marketing promotions, on-site content and proposition change deliveries.
Salary Information
Pay: Circa £40,000 per year.
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
About You
* Work within the Allianz matrix to collaborate across a variety of business functions (Pricing, Marketing, Website Optimisation, Compliance, Underwriting, Insight, Risk, Change) to deliver the PCW sales plan.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, clicks, conversion rates, positions on site and provide clear insight on the factors impacting performance.
* Manage the on-site product display content on PCW platforms for our portfolio of pet brands
* Manage incentives and promotions to test and optimise traffic and sales
* Manage the sign off of marketing assets and product information in line with internal processes and Financial Conduct Authority rules.
* Manage competitor reporting within the PCW distribution channel and provide oversight of best-in-class buying journeys
* Attend PCW Trading meetings and assist with the reporting of PCW sales performance for all brands within the Allianz pet portfolio
* Attend external partner meetings with PCWs and build positive working relationships
* Assist in the delivery of the successful deployment of change projects and proposition enhancements
* Identify and access growth opportunities within PCW distribution and work collaboratively with internal teams to implement action at pace
* Keep abreast of the changing PCW landscape across categories and product lines and explore new ways to achieve business objectives and reach and engage our target audience.
Essential Skills
* Significant marketing or trading experience
* Excellent attention to detail, with outstanding communicating skills
* Strong copywriting and proof reading skills
* Ability to use data to improve performance
* Self-starter with the initiative to drive projects at pace.
* Experience working with agencies, partners or suppliers.
