They are looking for a commercially driven Store Manager to lead the Ladies’ and Men’s Departments in Manchester. The successful candidate will be an inspirational leader capable of building a strong team spirit and guiding the team towards the achievement of both individual and shared goals with passion and enthusiasm.

• Leading a dual-site department with strong expertise in both MRTW & WRTW / ACCESSORIES
• Motivational leadership, with an inspiring hands-on management style and coaching focus.
• Driving commercial performance across all Men’s and Ladies’ Categories.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Directly accountable for developing business, monitoring store operations, and managing the budget.
As a Brand Ambassador, maintain impeccable grooming and appearance to uphold the brand's standards.

• Client Development and exceptional service levels
Additional Responsibilities:
* To uphold the highest standards of housekeeping and retail within the departments.
* To participate in stock takes outside of normal working hours to ensure smooth operations at all times.
* To be familiar with all Company Stores’ policies and procedures, including till maintenance, onboarding days, and events.
* Ensure that the store maintains the correct basic stock levels.
* Provide effective feedback, ensuring timely replenishment of popular selling lines.
* Control stock loss within the Store budget and implement stock audits effectively.
* Ensure that the store operates according to Company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses.
* Assist in the recruitment, training, evaluation, motivation, and development of staff.
* Oversee employee performance appraisals and identify staff for development.
* Communicate effectively to cultivate a stable team and succession plan for the business.
* Conduct morning briefings and motivate the team to achieve objectives.
* Network with Company management to share best practices.
Profile:
For this role, we seek a strong retail manager with a solid management background who can lead the team and current managers with leadership, confidence, and a clear vision.
Previous management experience in luxury retail.
* Strong expertise in ladies and men’s ready-to-wear / Accessories
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Outstanding customer service, initiative, and commercial creativity in fashion.
* A passion for the brand and our collections.
* Strong understanding of fashion and trends.
* Fluency in a second language (preferred).
