As a Business Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Leadership Team, playing a key role in the daily operations of the company. You will coordinate activities across various departments to ensure smooth adherence to company policies and guidelines. This role carries significant responsibility, requiring a proactive approach, strong decision-making, and exceptional problem-solving skills. The position is fast-paced, requiring attention to detail and a methodical approach, with a variety of tasks and great opportunities for career growth. The role is based on-site in Weymouth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Daily operations within the business
2. Prepare Risk Assessments
3. Guidelines, compliance & Policies such as BS1090, ISO 9001, 14001, and Safe Contractor certifications
4. Manage personnel administration, new starter contracts
5. Manage travel arrangements
6. Manage company vehicles, ensuring MOTs are all up to date, servicing of vehicles
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Strong organisational and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail
2. Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
3. Proficient IT skills
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills
5. Must be able to travel to Weymouth
