My client is an innovative & well established start-up with a unique product to meet the risk and compliance needs of all regulated organisations and transform the way they see and use communication (mobile, data, trading etc… ).
The product has been implemented by more than 70 leading global FSI organisations globally.
The company is booming and is looking for Senior Sales/Sales Manager candidates to manage and grow new business opportunities and lead a small team of BDR.
Location : London (visit to the office 3-4 days/week).
We are looking for an aggressive new business Senior Sales/Sales Manager who can work independently and have a proven sales track record of meeting new revenue objectives with enterprise customers with the financial services sector (Buy-side & Sell-side).
The role can grow into a leadership role.
* Minimum of 5-8 years of direct new business sales experience, including a few years of account management.
* Knowledge of FSI sector required (Buy and Sell side).
* Good understanding of Risk & Compliance for the FIS sector,
* Proven track record of success and over-achievement of quota In-depth knowledge of account management best practices – e.g. account planning, account development, contracting and pricing
* Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
* Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
* Bachelor/Master’s degree
* English & another European language a plus.
