Norse Group brings together our three core businesses, property consultancy Norse Consulting, care provider NorseCare and facilities management specialists Norse Commercial Services.
Our Support Services Recruitment Department is based out of our Head office on Fifers Lane in Norwich and has an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our team.
The Team
As part of the wider HR Shared Services function, our recruitment team provides a 360 service to the Group, ensuring we build a dedicated workforce to maintain and deliver our vital services across England and Wales.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Advisor, your role will be to manage a diverse portfolio of Norse business areas which could include Care, Facilities, waste or business support roles. You will work closely with your departments managers and directors as well as the wider HR team, providing recruitment expertise, advice and guidance within; role definition, campaign creation, salary and external market analysis and offer management.
Alongside this you will:
* Ensure HR process, policies and best practice are known and followed.
* Attract quality staff by writing impactful adverts, creating targeted campaigns with the use of social media and recruitment platforms.
* Attend at local recruitment events and jobs fairs.
* Support the Recruitment Manager and wider HR function in ad-hoc projects.
As we go into 2025, we are looking to continue our journey in improving and growing our recruitment service and strategies. You will be involved in wider recruitment training for our hiring managers, as well as collaborate on new team initiatives that will support and aid our growth.
Our Successful Candidate
It is essential that you can bring a combination of experience and knowledge of the recruitment industry and associated processes, from either an agency or internal resourcing background.
You will be confident, enthusiastic and focused on ensuring our professional, efficient and quality driven services are delivered, alongside demonstrating:
* A good understanding of the full 360 recruitment process and fundamental recruitment legislation and best practices.
* Experience creating targeted recruitment campaigns for a variety of roles and disciplines.
* Understanding of social media in a recruitment environment, with experience using different platforms and headhunting tools.
* Experience undertaking proactive recruitment initiatives.
* Exhibit the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
* Excellent relationship building and communication skills, with the confidence to engage and advise with a varied audience at all levels.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and application tracking systems.
* Any previous recruitment experience within care, business support functions or facilities management roles would be an advantage.
* A Full UK driving licence is desirable.
